One of my favourite parts of what I do is being the person behind the scenes — the one who brings everything together. I coordinate between our cabinet specialists, the manufacturing team, and the installers to ensure every detail lines up and everything runs just right.My goal is to ensure every project flows smoothly, is thoughtfully managed, and feels personal from start to finish. I’m Thais, and I’m proud to be the warm face of Nickels Heirloom.I started my journey at Nickels Cabinets on the production floor, learning the ins and outs of finishes, wood species, veneers, colors, laminates, and quality control. Today, I manage our showroom experience — from scheduling visits and organizing samples to planning events and making sure every guest feels right at home. I’ve worked in residential interior design since 2006, with a strong focus on cabinetry design through my work with Nickels Cabinets. My path began in marketing, but while completing a Masters of Architecture, I discovered my true passion was interior design.

My approach to design is collaborative and personal. I bring my knowledge and experience to help clients develop their vision — and together, with their contractors, we bring that vision to life on time and budget. I have been working in the design industry for over ten years with experience in custom kitchens and millwork, full-service renovations, and colour and décor packages. I received my Diploma of Interior Design with Honours from BCIT in 2014 and have continued to develop my knowledge ever since. I believe good design should be both functional and stylish by creating modern yet timeless spaces that are built to last. My goal is to ensure every detail is carefully curated to reflect the needs and personality of each client. The end result is a home you can live in and love for years to come.
